Not stuffed

The last three weeks have seen many ups and downs!  The struggle with the “relationship” I had with food is much harder than the actual food.  I am not even sure that makes sense but I am dealing with a loss of sorts, the loss of my comfort of eating food or knowing I always had it.  I have no cravings for food anymore, there are times that I get hungry but it’s not the same at all.  I’m not saying this is a bad thing it is just odd and hard to get used to.

My body doesn’t feel the same inside, lol, I have a hard time explaining what I mean but it’s different.  It feels clean or not stuffed, I don’t feel heavy or like I am carrying around excess anymore and Lord knows I am because I am still about 100 lbs over my goal weight.  Has anyone experienced this when going plant-based vegan??

I have lost just about 10 lbs since transitioning over to this way of eating, I do have a personal trainer that I see twice a week for an hour-long boot camp style workout and then I am also a member of my local Anytime Fitness.  Prior to changing my eating I had lost about 4 lbs as I am still gaining a ton of muscle.  The inches have really fallen off of me but the weight loss picked up with vegan eating.  I don’t have to stress out over counting calories or points or macros because please believe that I have tried them all and then some.  I AM TIRED OF COUNTING!!

Tomorrow is weigh in day so will have to see if it’s up or down again for this last week.  My water intake needs to be stronger and I still need to give up the diet soda and coffee daily!  I am working on getting there!
