I have tried so hard over the last year to figure out a way to transition my life over to plant-based eating while my family continued to eat our normal way. Let me just say that it has had its ups and downs and no matter what it did teach me that I don’t eat enough fruit or veggies. As of this time I have decided to let it go because it is not realistic for my life and I question some of the info out there. During the last few months I was just mind fully eating because I am so tired of dealing with food and my body. So very tired!
The new year is here and I can’t say that 2017 was a wash because I did learn a lot about myself and I finally feel like I am in control of things again. With that being said, I accepted the fact that I have a weight issue and it is directly tied to food. Yay me! At this point I need to take control over that issue as well and mind fully eating is not realistic either. I have been on every diet and in my past experiences the only one that worked was Weight Watchers and it just so happens that they have a new plan! I am actually pretty excited about this new plan and I can’t wait to start feeling the results.
I will start adding my weekly weights and measurements as I go along so I can keep you all updated.
